Bussiness Processes Modeling and Automation (MAP)
Multidisciplinary Project of Production Engineering Software and Psychology Engineering with the objective of optimizing, modernizing and putting into practice a new model of knowledge and people management, the General Personnel Department (DGP) of the Brazilian Army with the modeling of 200 processes in BPMN notation and improvement of 16 macroprocesses with an institution’s macroprocess architecture proposal

Description of my work: As assistant I supervise a research team on 4.0 industry technological solutions including methods of data science, requirements engineering, business process and competencies management. Also responsible for research planning, project management. development of new methodologies. Dealing with digital signal processing, deep learning models, omnidirectional visual processing, saliency prediction, subjective visual experiments, visual quality assessment, video streaming and coding.
